Speaker: Mr Robert McWhiter, Esq., Certified Criminal Law Specialist, author of Fixing the Framers’ Failure: the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments and America’s New Birth of Freedom (2022) and Bills Quills and Stills: The History of the Bill of Rights (2015), and constitutional law expert will provide a free hour of CLE on the 15th Amendment. The first hour is a social mixer with complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, the second hour is the CLE presentation.
